Return Process

A cleaner path back.

Before sending anything back, contact Lumiview support so we can confirm eligibility, review the order details and provide the correct return instructions. Unapproved returns may delay processing.

Contact support

Email info@lumiview.mom with your order number, product name, delivery date and a clear note explaining the issue. Photos or a short setup video can help us review projector, screen or accessory concerns faster.

Wait for approval

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if the item is eligible. Please do not send the product back before receiving confirmation from Lumiview support.

Pack it carefully

Return the product in its original packaging with manuals, cables, remotes, stands, screens and any included accessories. Protect lenses, ports, screen fabric and tripod components from pressure during transit.

Inspection & result

Once received, the item is inspected. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, while exchange or replacement options may be offered depending on stock, condition and the nature of the issue.

What we can review.

These return rules keep the process fair and help protect projector lenses, screens, stands and electronic accessories during shipping and inspection.

Eligible Item State

Unused & complete.

Products should be unused, undamaged and returned with all original accessories, protective materials and packaging. Missing components may affect refund approval or reduce the refundable amount.

Setup-Sensitive Gear

Protect the optics.

Projector lenses, vents, ports, screen surfaces and tripod hardware should be protected during return transit. Damage from poor return packaging may prevent approval after inspection.

Proof Helps

Show the issue.

If the return is related to image clarity, focus, power, missing parts or shipping damage, include photos and order details when you contact us so support can review the case clearly.

Items that may not qualify.

Some products may be declined after review if they cannot be inspected safely, are incomplete, or show signs of use beyond a normal setup check.

  • Items returned without approval, order details or a visible support history.
  • Products with missing remotes, cables, mounting parts, screen bags, manuals or included accessories.
  • Projectors or accessories showing liquid exposure, heavy dust buildup, impact damage, modified parts or avoidable return-shipping damage.
  • Screens, stands or accessories that are folded, scratched, bent or packed in a way that prevents clean inspection.
  • Any item returned outside the eligible review window unless support has confirmed an exception in writing.

Refund Timing

After your return arrives.

Refunds are not issued the moment a return is shipped. The product must arrive at the approved return destination, pass inspection and match the return request details.

Arrival The return package is received and matched to your approved request using order details and support notes.
Inspection The product condition, accessories, packaging and reported issue are reviewed before the final outcome is confirmed.
Approval If approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method. Bank or payment provider posting times may vary.
Exchange When suitable, support may offer a replacement or exchange instead of a refund, depending on the product and availability.

Who pays return shipping?+

Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for return and the support review. Contact us with your order details and issue description so we can confirm the correct next step.

What if my item arrived damaged or incomplete?+

Email support as soon as possible with your order number, package photos, product photos and a clear description of what is damaged or missing. Keep the packaging until support finishes the review.
